WARRANTY INFORMATION

We warrant to the original purchaser and subsequent owner of the property (once the warranty is transferred as outlined below) that any window installed by the Company is free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns and resides in the home where such windows and doors are installed.

That under normal use the vinyl components of the window will not pit, crack or peel. All mechanical parts (balances, locks, vent locks, seals) are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship.

The sealed insulated glass unit is warranted against seal failure. If the glass unit fails, the Company will provide the Owner with a replacement insulated glass unit at no extra charge. Seal failure is defined by moisture or “fog” between the insulated panes. America’s Best Choice will replace broken sashes that were broken by accident for lifetime. Acts of God (storms, hail, wind, floods, etc), fire, and acts of war, terrorism or vandalism are not covered under this warranty. Glass breakage warranty applies to residential and commercial properties.

This warranty may be transferred to a subsequent owner of the same residence. A transfer fee of $100 for the warranty, made payable to America’s Best Choice must be delivered to the Company within 45 days of the property’s transfer date. It must also include a copy of the original purchase agreement and a copy of this warranty. In the event the subsequent owner sells the residence, or it becomes occupied by other than the subsequent owner, the warranty will expire, meaning you can only transfer the lifetime warranty one time.
